That is an awesome shot…looks like it’s professionally done. Some of my favorite pics of my kids are of them sleeping right in the middle of huge messes they’ve made. You can tell that they exausted themselves playing. There’s one of them on my post today.

No fair. I don’t have any father/daughter photos (even with me as the daughter). Is it possible to contribute mother/son photos? Cuz those I have.

Oh, that’s pretty cute. It’ll make a great mantel photo as she grows up. Sadly, I’m a terrible photographer and the only way I get great shots is by dumb luck I’ve gotten lucky a few times thankfully.

Love the picture of you and your beautiful daughter. I have three boys and one girl and my girl is really special to me. She is not mine by blood but we have a special bond that was formed way before she was born. Attached is a posting from my Blog. Beautiful pic, bro! The blurring from your hand into the “future” aka your daughter, speaks volumes. I’d love to share, but I’m not in any of my pics except for maybe one or two which are hardly my favorites. The other ones that are don’t belong to me so I don’t have the right to post them.

Has anyone ever seen the movie Sixteen Candles? One of my favorite scenes is when the main character, Samantha, is upset because her entire family has forgotten her 16th birthday. She feels distraught and overlooked because yet again, her beautiful older sister Jenny has stolen the spotlight by holding her wedding the day after her b-day. Samantha is very upset and her father, sensing this, tries to comfort her when he realizes what has happened. He consoles her and says that to him, she is beautiful. And that he doesn’t worry about her because he knows that when she falls in love it will be forever. AWWW
That scene makes me tear up EVERY TIME.
I tried to find a picture of this touching scene, but couldn’t find one. It reminds me again of why John Hughes was a talented director.
