What is it about being on the toilet that makes them want to walk in and have a long, involved conversation? My husband is actually worse than my daughter. They both get upset when I lock the door. I was around 4 at the time and I recall it as being a very special bonding time together. I dont know how that would go over today (this was the late '50's). I had a daughter so baths together wasn't a good idea. Sometimes she would stand behind me and converse as I was standing over the commode and slowly inch forward while talking. Slick little girl....but I always stopped her just short of seeing anything.
