*looking into camera* Okay now Paster got me thinking “what he been up too?” I really believe that folks don’t have affairs just because “oh my hubby/wife doesn’t pay attention to me or compliment me.” I believe that it’s deeper in that it’s totally about your character make-up. You know if you married somebody with a “wandering eye AND hand.” Or if you have the type of mate who doesn’t get everything their way, then they’re looking for the easy way out.

You can “affair proof” on YOUR part but if you the only on doing it – it’s a lost cause. And I’d hate to see someone beat themselves up because they felt like they did everything “right” but their marriage still failed.
